Please arrive on time to ensure you get the most out of your experience and our exceptional service. 

Please don't enter the salon or building till we have called or texted you. Due to a limited number of people allowed in the salon, there is no waiting area.

If however, you are more than 15 min late, please understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellations

To avoid being charged 50% for canceled or missed appointments, please contact reception by phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Changes or cancellations are only accepted over the phone, not via email or online.

How to book online (for registered clients only):

Step 1:

Choose the type of service you desire. ALWAYS BOOK COLOR FIRST.
 

Step 2:
If you booked a haircut in Step 1, go to Step 3. If you booked color in Step 1, choose your second service (Haircut or Blow Dry - not included in color prices).

Step 3:

Choose your stylist and/or colorist.

Step 4:

-Choose the date and time you desire.

  • Click "Find Available Appointment."

  • Choose from the available appointments, and click "Book."

 

Cancellations can not be done online and must be done 24 hours in advance by speaking directly with a receptionist. Otherwise you will be subject to a 5o% cancellation fee.

New Service Hours

For the first month of reopening, we expanded our hours to include earlier mornings and later evenings, six days a week. Now that we've had a chance to see what works for our clients and team, we'll be adjusting schedules. Our morning appointments will stay, and the salon will now be open seven days a week, with individual stylist schedules varying to allow for social distancing.

 

Expanded Services (Blow Dries Are Back)

Out of an abundance of caution, we reopened with a limited service menu. We are excited to announce that beginning July 1st, we will be offering blow dries again. Please understand that some individual stylists are booked into July with adjusted appointment times and will not be able to accommodate blow dries until new appointments are booked. If you have a previously scheduled appointment and have any questions, feel free to reach out.

 

With the reintroduction of blow drying, we are now able to offer additional services. That includes Keratin treatments and extensions. I know some of you have been patiently waiting. 

 

Don't Forget Your Products

We know many of you have been shopping for your hair product online while we were closed. Well, we’re back in business and have a special offer to welcome you back. Purchase any three products together in the salon, from any lines we carry, and receive 10% off. This includes products from Oribe, Kevin Murphy, R&Co,Tri Design, Soma, Olaplex, Maroccon oil, and others. We are happy to consult with you to find the best products for your hair and needs.

 

If you prefer to buy your products online, we will continue to offer direct shipping from our retail partners. Please use the links or codes provided on our website to support the salon with your purchase.

 

Arriving for your Appointment

As of now, our waiting room must remain closed in accordance with state guidelines. Greg will continue to work remotely to allow for additional stylist stations. When you arrive for your appointment, please wait outside the salon. There is no need to check in. Your stylists will call you when they are ready. Greg will call you after your appointment to settle the bill for any services and products and help with gratuities for your stylist and assistant if you were not able to take care of that in person. You can book your next appointment at that time, or book with your stylist or colorist directly at your appointment.
