Please arrive on time to ensure you get the most out of your experience and our exceptional service. If you are running late, we will make every effort to accommodate you.

If however, you are more than 15 min late, please understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellations

To avoid being charged 50% for cancelled or missed appointments, please contact reception by phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Changes or cancellations are only accepted over the phone, not per email or online.

Master card, Visa, American Express and cash are accepted. No personal checks.

Scheduling by telephone

Please have your credit card ready when scheduling, as it is required to secure your appointment.

Scheduling online

Available when registered.

Please inquire at reception to obtain a Client ID # and Password during your next visit.

How to book online (for registered clients only):

Click here to access, and then click on “online booking.”

Step 1: Choose the type of service you desire. ALWAYS BOOK COLOR FIRST.

Step 2: If you booked a haircut in Step 1, go to Step 3. If you booked color in Step 1, choose your second service (Haircut or Blow Dry – not included in color prices).

Step 3: Choose your stylist and/or colorist.

Step 4:

  • Choose the date and time you desire.
  • Click “Find Available Appointment.”
  • Choose from the available appointments, and click “Book.”

 

Cancellations CANNOT be done online and must be done 24 hours in advance by speaking directly with a receptionist. Otherwise you will be subject to a 5o% cancellation fee.
